We provide a 12 months warranty on all new goods unless stated otherwise. We also provide a 12 months warranty on repaired (refurbished) goods, unless stated otherwise. The warranty period on offered products is always stated on our quotations, respective it is indicated in the description of the goods when buying via our e-shop.
Information about the condition of offered products is always stated in our quotations, respective it is indicated in the description of the goods when buying via our e-shop. The condition of offered products is described as follows:
New – a brand new product in original, sealed packaging
New in open box – a new product in original packaging with a broken seal (such product may show fine marks of long-term storage)
New without box – new product without the original packaging (such product may show marks of long-term storage)
Refurbished – used product, which however may look like new (or product that has been professionally cleaned and/or partially or wholly renewed, repaired), may show fine marks of use
Used – product showing clear signs of usage with surface imperfections which do not affect its functionality.
We guarantee to deliver products in the quality and quantity as agreed by the contract parties. All products shall be fit for purpose and the condition of the product shall match the condition stated on the quotation or as described if ordered via the e-shop.
